Oh yeah! Convergys is number 1 in the call center industry, at least that’s what they claim. But what do i get out of it? Toxic account, bitchy superiors, untimely and low salary that demands too much from me. I mean, what the fuck! Pardon my french. I can’t even imagine that I’ve always looked up to this company. I can’t find any motivation at all. I come to work, i log in, and i watch as the hand of the clock goes round and round, speeding up and slowing down. It’s the period where every minute, second and hour of my life is extremely critical because i might just burnt out and get the fuckin out of my mind.
And since you are craving for the truth, forget the diamonds and love the rough.
